Job Description

Specific Responsibilities:


  • Respond to new jobs and initiate mitigation protocols according to IICRC standards and Rainbow International's processes

  • Communicate with customers about scope of work and establish expectations. 

  • Obtain necessary documentation (Photos, Work Authorizations, Certificate of Completions etc.)

  • Update all job files with loss information daily

  • Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times

  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

    • Job Requirements:
  • IICRC Certifications (WRT is required. ASD, Mold and Fire Cleaning are desired)

  • 1-3 years experience in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up

  • Valid Driver's License (No DUI's or suspensions in past 4 years)

  • Able to lift and/or move up to 1...
