The position drives the growth of the Resupply Business for Philippines and SEA by developing and executing strategic plans, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales and profitability targets.


The role also ensures team development, process efficiency, and compliance with company standards and policies while upholding the Franke brand values.

Your tasks


Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Develop and execute business plans to expand Resupply sales and margins in Philippines and SEA.

  • Pursue market growth opportunities such as roll-outs and new product development.

  • Achieve sales targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through value-driven solutions.
