Job Description
- Keep superior informed of client relations
- Handles all POP (Point of Purchase) requirements for Samsung Consumer Electronics, Customer Service and Enterprise Business Team) Business Units
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects
- Working with agency colleagues (Art Directors, Accounts, Copy Writers, Traffic, Procurement, etc.) and vendors to ensure the client's brief, budget and timelines are met
- Maintain a good relationship with the client by always focusing on improving speed of service, provide an impeccable service day to day, sensitivity to customer concerns and awareness of changes in their general needs
