Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead day-to-day showroom operations and overall customer experience
- Contribute ideas and lead visual merchandising efforts (store layout, product placement, displays)
- Ensure consistent execution of VM and service standards across the team
- Train, guide, and support staff on SOPs, service approach, and daily workflows
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and showroom readiness
- Handle escalated customer service cases professionally
- Support basic reporting and operational coordination with management

Requirements
- Previous experience supervising a small retail team is preferred, but candidates with strong retail experience and leadership potential are welcome to apply
