Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead day-to-day showroom operations and overall customer experience
  • Contribute ideas and lead visual merchandising efforts (store layout, product placement, displays)
  • Ensure consistent execution of VM and service standards across the team
  • Train, guide, and support staff on SOPs, service approach, and daily workflows
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures and showroom readiness
  • Handle escalated customer service cases professionally
  • Support basic reporting and operational coordination with management

Requirements

  • Previous experience supervising a small retail team is preferred, but candidates with strong retail experience and leadership potential are welcome to apply
  • Sales and customer experience focus
  • Exposure to or experience in visual merchandising
