About the Role A leading automotive organization is hiring a Retail and Training Manager to support its dealer network across KSA. The role focuses on enhancing showroom performance and building the capability of sales teams through structured training and ongoing coaching. Key Responsibilities Support dealer outlets across KSA in delivering sales targets, CSI goals, and high-quality customer experience. Develop and conduct sales, product, and soft skills training tailored to the Saudi market. Conduct regular dealership visits to observe customer interactions, identify gaps, and coach teams on the floor. Ensure adherence to brand retail standards, showroom layout guidelines, and customer journey processes.
