Retail Assistant

Job Description:

● Customer Service: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers

● Assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues

● Sales Transactions: Handle various payment methods, including vouchers, cash, credit, and debit cards

● Merchandise Management: Restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring products are displayed attractively

● Store Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness of the sales floor and ensuring the store is organized

● Loss Prevention: Monitoring customer activities to prevent theft and ensure store security.
