Job Responsibilities

·       Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure positive customer experience.

·       Serve ice cream and beverages according to company standards, portion control, and presentation guidelines.

·       Handle cashier duties including order taking, POS operation, and cash handling accurately.

·       Assist the PIC / Supervisor in daily store operations during assigned shifts.

·       Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, equipment, and work areas always.

·       Follow food safety standards, SOPs, and hygiene requirements strictly.

·       Replenish stock, assist in basic inventory checks, and ensure proper product display.

·       Support opening and closing duties when required.

·       Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
