Position: Retail Associates

Salary: $2200-$3000

Working Days: 5 Working Days

Working Time: 44 hours per week

Location: Islandwide

Job Scope

• Deliver excellent and personalized customer service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and promote store activities.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Support team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle stock replenishment and ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow company SOPs and assist with other assigned tasks.
• Stay updated on fashion and lifestyle trends and apply creative thinking.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Manage time efficiently, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC, any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
• Previous experiences of working in retail, apparel, fashion, or FMCG will be an advantage.
• Great passion for the retail fashion industry and sales aggressive
• A good team player, service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
