This position works out of our Mexico City, Tlalpan location in the Established Pharmaceutical Division.

As the Retail Channel Commercial Director, LATAM  you’ll have the chance ensure strategic business alignment between the company and retail partners by developing and executing coordinated promotional schemes and joint business plans. Drive the implementation and monitoring of retail business KPIs to optimize performance, strengthen partnerships, and deliver sustainable growth across all markets.

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is desired 
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial, trade marketing, or retail management roles. 
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategies. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: +10 years of Experience in Consumer Goods Industry 
  • Other qualifications/certifications: its desired to have experience in ecommerce
