Job Overview

We are looking for a senior Retail & Channel Manager to lead and scale Tecno’s retail operations in Chile. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of nationwide retail sales performance, promotion team effectiveness, and channel expansion across key retail partners.

The role requires close coordination with regional and HQ teams and daily business communication in English .

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead and continuously develop nationwide promotion teams to exceed monthly sales targets
• Define KPIs, incentive schemes and performance management frameworks
• Design and execute in-store promotion strategies to maximize conversion and sell-out
