RETAIL ASSISTANT (HOME & BEAUTY)
Job Objective Support the execution and follow-up of Retail strategies, ensuring the correct implementation of promotion plans, point-of-sale displays, and training programs. Act as an effective liaison between supervisors, suppliers, and the company to guarantee the achievement of commercial objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor in-store promotion activities, ensuring brand presence, product availability, and proper execution of tasks.
Manage and oversee the correct implementation of displays and POP materials in stores.
Assist in the organization, execution, and follow-up of training sessions for promoters and sales staff.
Monitor and track performance indicators (sell-out, inventory, turnover, etc.).
Generate and analyze reports in Excel to track field results and present them to supervisors.
