The Retail Presales Architect is responsible for designing and positioning high-impact retail and commerce technology solutions. This role guides Sales through domain knowledge, architecture expertise, and insights into modern omnichannel retail trends.
The Retail Presales Architect:
Trains and handholds Sales on core Retail & CPG domains: Omnichannel, POS/Store Ops, Merchandising, Supply Chain, eCommerce, CRM, PIM/MDM, Loyalty, Retail Analytics.
Supports lead qualification and discovery calls across US EST/PST/CST time zones to validate opportunities and guide early solution positioning.
