Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and explain the features and functions of products to customers
- Recommend suitable price plans and value-added services based on customers' needs
- Liaise with Singtel counterparts to provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Ensure all sales and administrative documents are completed and filed properly
- Achieve individual sales and non-sales KPIs
- Maintain VM displays (visual electronic displays) and ensure they are up to date
- Perform daily housekeeping of flyers and promotional collaterals
- Check stock inventory and ensure items are neatly packed and displayed
Job Requirements
- Minimum Secondary education
- Sales or retail experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented personality
