Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and explain the features and functions of products to customers
  • Recommend suitable price plans and value-added services based on customers' needs
  • Liaise with Singtel counterparts to provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Ensure all sales and administrative documents are completed and filed properly
  • Achieve individual sales and non-sales KPIs
  • Maintain VM displays (visual electronic displays) and ensure they are up to date
  • Perform daily housekeeping of flyers and promotional collaterals
  • Check stock inventory and ensure items are neatly packed and displayed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary education
  • Sales or retail experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented personality
