Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise the retail field force team across assigned territories.
  • Develop route plans, assign store visits, and ensure all outlets are covered based on campaign needs.
  • Monitor field team performance, including product visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution.
  • Conduct regular store audits and provide feedback/coaching to team members.
  • Manage stock levels and promotional materials to ensure consistent supply across outlets.
  • Act as the main communication bridge between HQ and field teams.

Event Coordination

  • Plan and execute in-store and field events such as product launches, roadshows, and sampling activities.
  • Handle event logistics including venue arrangements, vendor coordination, and manpower sourcing.
