Retail Growth Representative

We’re on the lookout for a driven, articulate, and field-ready Sales Associate to help us scale our FMCG food brand across Retail + Quick Commerce platforms in Mumbai.

If you’ve worked closely with modern trade, general trade, and quick commerce platforms and love building brands on-ground, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Onboard and manage retail stores across Mumbai (MT, GT, retail chains, societies).
• Handle Quick Commerce onboarding & growth on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
• Drive sales through availability, execution, coordination & follow-ups.
• Launch new products across retail and quick commerce.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order-to-delivery execution.
• Track leads, orders, and sales using Excel / Google Sheets.
• Represent the brand professionally during meetings, store visits & sampling events.
