CAVA is a fast-growing athleisure brand redefining activewear for the Indian audience. As we scale our offline presence across EBOs and leading MBOs , we are building a strong retail backbone to drive brand visibility, sales performance, and operational excellence on the ground.
Role Overview
As the Retail Head , you will own and lead CAVA’s offline retail business across Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs). This is a strategic and managerial role where you will be responsible for driving sales, strengthening retail partnerships, setting store standards, and building a high-performing retail team.
You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution , ensuring that CAVA’s brand vision translates consistently across every physical touchpoint while delivering strong commercial outcomes.
