  • Customer Experience & Store Excellence

  • ● Elevate every customer touchpoint—service, checkout, fulfillment—within vintage

    stores.

    ● Use VOC inputs (CSAT/NPS) to redesign processes and eliminate friction.

    ● Turn operational efficiency into higher same-store sales and customer delight.

    2. Tech-First Operational Execution

    ● Own the operational tech stack for vintage stores (WFM, POS, Mobile Execution, SOP

    engines).

    ● Drive centralization, real-time visibility, and digital controls for predictable execution.

    ● Enable automation that reduces manual effort and improves store productivity.

    3. Same-Store Growth Driver

    ● Optimize labor, inventory, store workflows, and daily execution levers that impact

    revenue.

    ● Implement digitized SOPs using Lean/Six Sigma principles tailored for vintage

    environments.

    ● Improve consistency, speed, and quality across all vintage store operations.

    4. Influence & Cross-Functional Leadership

    ● Work closely with CTO, CFO, Supply Chain, HR, and field leadership to align on

    growth priorities.

    ● Influence decentralized teams through clarity, data, communication, and shared goals.

    ● Empower field teams with systems, training, and insights that enable strong execution.
