Deliver engaging retail training programs for new team members across the Retail network, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed from day one. This role focuses on high-quality onboarding and sales training, supports compliance requirements, and works closely with retail leaders to build capability and embed a consistent, member-centric approach across the network.
