Retail Leasing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to oversee leasing activities for a 7-10 asset retail portfolio in the Seattle / PNW region. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing leases with high-quality tenants while maximizing occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate has strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of executing leasing strategies that enhance property value. 


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.

Identify target tenants that align with the property’s positioning and market demand.

Cultivate relationships with national, regional, and local retailers to generate leasing opportunities.
