Responsibilities:

1. Create strategies to meet district sales objectives and ensure stores remain profitable.
2. Coach and develop teams to deliver exceptional leadership skills and optimal client experiences, inspiring positive sales behavior.
3. Build trusting relationships with teams through purposeful visits with operational focus to improve business results.
4. Utilize dynamic sales and leadership experience, along with innovative approaches, to lead the organization through periods of business and technological change.
5. Oversee and evaluate the current level of customer service skills of all retail staff to determine customer satisfaction levels and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
