Job objective:

What do you need to be successful in this position?

1. Design and implement the retail strategy (physical and digital) aligned with the company's objectives.
2. Lead commercial execution in company-owned stores, corners, and authorized distributors.
3. Oversee the customer experience at points of sale, ensuring high standards of service.
4. Establish and monitor KPIs for sales, turnover, average ticket, conversion, etc.
