Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned retail stores to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Develop and implement retail strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, and retail standards across all stores
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
  • Sales Performance & Business Growth
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and profitability across stores
  • Analyse sales trends and identify opportunities to improve revenue and productivity
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional activities and campaigns
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales performance and customer conversion
  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and senior store leadership teams
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary matters when required
