Job Description

• Responsible for optimizing the spaces of each asset, identifying opportunities, and attracting the most suitable operators.
• Collaboration with other departments (Technical, Financial, and Legal) impacting the retail area, optimizing spaces of the different assets under management.
• Facilitate communication between properties, operators, and third parties for lease management and spaces open to optimization.
• Strategically analyze each space and define its potential considering the building’s strategic plan and the premises’ value from a strategic and business perspective.
• Build a network of potential tenants for various activities compatible with the hotel sector.
• Manage negotiations and closure of contracts in coordination with Property, Legal, and Financial teams.
