We are looking for a Retail Manager to plan operational processes for upcoming promotions and launches to achieve FY sales targets. The Manager will record feedback on competitor promotions and launch responses.

• Ensure compliance with Retail Shop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain store housekeeping standards.
• Work with Business Manager to maintain customer service standards.
• Guide staff on case studies/issues affecting customer service and solicit feedback.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving the highest possible Monthly Shop CE Score.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels in the shop at all times.
