Full-time Retail Manager available across Mandurah, Northbridge & Inglewood WA.
SURE TIME PTY LTD (t/a Hoodburger) is an established fast-food burger brand operating multiple high-volume takeaway and dine-in outlets across Western Australia. Hoodburger specialises in made-to-order burgers and quick-service meals, serving a large daily customer base in a fast-paced retail food environment.
Due to continued business expansion, Hoodburger is seeking to employ full-time Retail Managers to manage daily operations at each of its Mandurah, Northbridge and Inglewood outlets.
The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, maintaining customer service standards, coordinating rostering and stock control, and ensuring compliance with food safety and company procedures. The role is critical to ensuring efficient service delivery, operational consistency, and continued business growth across each store location.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration From $76,515 to $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.

Position Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Oversee daily operations, including take-away, dine-in and delivery services.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, rostering, performance and shift coordination.
- Supervise store supervisors and staff to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, WHS requirements and company operating procedures.
- Manage cash handling, POS reconciliation and basic financial reporting.
- Implement operational improvements to increase sales performance, productivity and overall store efficiency.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in fast-food management
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Experience in high-volume fast-food or takeaway environments preferred
- Knowledge of stock control, rostering and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
