Interim Retail Media Manager – German Market (Beauty Sector)

Contract: 2–3 months | Start: ASAP | Location: Flexible (Berlin office available)

We’re a leading digital and advertising agency with offices across the UK and EU, and we’re looking for an experienced Retail Media Manager to join our team on an interim basis.

What you’ll do:

• Own the full account from a retail media perspective for major beauty retailers in Germany (DM, Rossmann, Parfum Dreams).
• Create and optimise campaigns, ensuring best-in-class performance.
• Make direct bookings with retailers and manage day-to-day client communication.
• Work closely with our Berlin-based team to deliver seamless execution.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in retail media, ideally with non-Amazon German e-commerce retailers
