The Retail Merchandise Manager will oversee merchandise planning, inventory control, product presentation, and sales performance for 4+ retail stores. This role ensures the right products are available in the right quantity at the right stores to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Create merchandise strategies to meet sales and margin targets across all retail stores.
• Forecast demand and plan inventory levels based on sales trends, seasons, and promotions.
• Coordinate with the Design and Production teams to ensure product availability.
