Job Description:

  1. New Product Launch Retail Operations Management:
    Develop and oversee the retail IPMS process, ensuring seamless coordination between headquarters and country offices.
  2. Store-Specific Sales Operations Analysis:
    Analyze sales performance by store and formulate strategies to drive sales growth.
  3. Visual Merchandising & Brand Presence Management:
    Develop and execute regional plans for POSM, displays, experience tables, and SIS/Xiaomi standards.
  4. Field Force (FF) Management:
    Establish regional FF policies covering recruitment, selection, development, and retention, and promote their implementation across countries.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven capability in retail operations leadership.
  2. Strong management skills across store operations: people, product, placement, and performance.
  3. Ability to evaluate and make design judgments related to visual merchandising and brand presentation.
  4. Experience in Field Force management.
  5. Fluent in English as a working language.
