- New Product Launch Retail Operations Management:
Develop and oversee the retail IPMS process, ensuring seamless coordination between headquarters and country offices. - Store-Specific Sales Operations Analysis:
Analyze sales performance by store and formulate strategies to drive sales growth. - Visual Merchandising & Brand Presence Management:
Develop and execute regional plans for POSM, displays, experience tables, and SIS/Xiaomi standards. - Field Force (FF) Management:
Establish regional FF policies covering recruitment, selection, development, and retention, and promote their implementation across countries.
Qualifications:
- Proven capability in retail operations leadership.
- Strong management skills across store operations: people, product, placement, and performance.
- Ability to evaluate and make design judgments related to visual merchandising and brand presentation.
- Experience in Field Force management.
- Fluent in English as a working language.
