About the Roles

We are seeking a Retail Operations Executive to join a retail team based in Chinatown. This is a permanent position with a 5.5-day work week (10.00am – 9.00pm), offering a competitive package of basic salary up to $2,800 with OT, AWS, and variable bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for candidates looking for stability and growth in the retail sector.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily retail counter activities and respond to customer enquiries
• Deliver professional service and assist in resolving customer concerns
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock-taking and goods receiving

• Process, pack, and prepare customer orders from both online and walk-in channels
