Retail Operations Executive

Our client is an international premium fashion brand with global presence; they are looking for a retail/ senior retail operations executive to focus on Singapore retail business.

Responsibilities

• Retail Operations: Oversee daily store operations to meet sales and profit goals.
• Performance Management: Monitor and report on key numbers like sales, inventory, and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Teamwork: Work closely with the Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Logistics teams to launch campaigns and manage customer relationships (CRM).
• Admin & Support: Handle important documents, create business reports, manage purchase orders, and control costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
• 3-6 years of experience in retail operations in the fashion or retail industry.
