We are partnering with a large global retailer who is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to manage their 25 stores. The ideal candidate will drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and lead a team of 100 staff while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 25 retail stores.
• Drive sales performance, P&L ownership, and KPI achievement.
• Oversee stock replenishment, seasonal launches, and promotions.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 100 employees (4-5 direct reports).
• Ensure strong stakeholder management with HQ, mall management, and PR.
• Implement marketing and branding initiatives in coordination with HQ.
