- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent.- Minimum 5–8 years of retail management experience, preferably in gold or luxury jewellery chains.- Proven track record of managing multiple outlets and achieving sales targets.- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.- Willing to travel extensively across Malaysia.
