Position : Retail Operations Manager

Job Location : East Africa

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations of Retail stores in East Africa.
• Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets across all stores
• Drive consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and retail standards
• Lead, mentor, and monitor Store Managers and regional teams
• Ensure high levels of customer service and brand experience
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and loss prevention controls
• Coordinate with supply chain, finance, HR, and merchandising teams
• Analyze store performance, KPIs, and prepare operational reports
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Support new store openings, expansion, and operational rollouts

Desired Profile :

Graduate / MBA in Retail Management with 10–15 years of experience in FOOTWEAR Industry, preferably handling large store networks.

Proven experience in managing 40+ retail outlets across multiple locations

Should have ability to drive sales performance, operational efficiency, and profitability

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing large teams

Sound knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention
