DescriptionThe Retail Operations Specialist will be responsible for assisting Retail Operations in a variety of administrative and operational duties related to controlling store expenses, daily correspondence with retail stores, reconciling operational store expenses, managing store incident reports, loss prevention, data analytics, and project support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Responsible for monitoring and actioning store overspending, sales, and loss prevention.
Manages retail operations mailboxes daily and responds to all field emails within a timely manner.
Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and collating field incident reports pertaining to internal and external loss in stores and follow up with the District Directors and District Managers on any action items.
