Retail Performance Lead

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Team Lead, Store Management to oversee and guide Store Managers across five markets. In this pivotal role, you will ensure optimal store profitability, foster people development, and drive seamless operational processes to achieve outstanding sales performance and customer experience.

What we're looking for:

• Be responsible for our Store Management, ensuring strong people leadership, clear priorities, and consistent execution across 15 stores in 5 markets (Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and UK.
• Indirectly oversee Store Managers through your Team Leads, supporting performance, engagement, and operational excellence across all stores
• Drive retail performance across markets (sales, conversion, customer experience, cost efficiency) and steer improvement actions together with Team Leads
