Retail Representative Duties & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers and deal with customer queries and complaints
  • Maintain professional contact with internal and external customers when interacting in person, over the phone, and online
  • Arrange the inspection, delivery of goods and return of goods
  • Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
