Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:  Welcome customers, provide product info, offer recommendations, and assist with selection.
  • Sales & Transactions:  upsell/cross-sell, and meet sales goals.
  • Store Presentation:  Keep sales floor clean, organized, restock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Inventory Management:  Assist with receiving stock, stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.

  • Proven sales or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
