RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT - FULL TIME

Hatch Home is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our dynamic Bunbury showroom on a full‑time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for a long‑term position within a well‑established, design‑led furniture business.

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced retail environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service from initial enquiry through to final delivery.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in a retail sales role
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills
• Confidence using POS systems and retail software
• Physical ability to assist with lifting and moving furniture when required
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence

THE ROLE

• Managing and coordinating customer sales from order placement through to delivery
• Assisting customers with furniture, fabric, and colour selections
• Working towards personal sales targets while supporting broader team budgets
• Maintaining an impeccably presented showroom at all times
• Completing daily administrative tasks including emails, enquiries, quoting, phone calls, and order processing
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and management
