Retail Sales Manager

Arrival Hall is seeking a full time Retail Sales Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to maximise sales, revenue, and team performance across our showroom and digital channels. You will take the lead on the showroom floor, strategically contribute to the growth of our business (in-store and online) and train & manage the retail team.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who loves sales, thrives in a premium retail environment and has the desire to help grow an omni-channel brand. Candidates must have current Australian work rights at the time of application.
