About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at SETIROM BRAND PTE. LTD.
In this full-time position, you will play a vital support role in maintaining the smooth daily operations of our retail stores located at Orchard Road Plaza Singapura, Jewel Changi, and Suntec City (location can be chosen).
This role focusing instead on ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting daily store operations such as product display arrangement, replenishment, and tidying up merchandise
• Ensuring the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times
• Assisting in unpacking, labeling, steaming, and arranging new stock deliveries
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the team for restocking needs
• Maintaining backroom organization and assisting with stock counts
• Providing basic support to sales staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Upholding the company's visual merchandising standards and store presentation

What we're looking for

• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in maintaining store standards
• Good teamwork and cooperative attitude with store management and colleagues
• Physically able to handle light to moderate lifting and store maintenance tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team's needs
• Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
