JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Business Development

  • Support distributors in expanding store coverage and increasing sales in the assigned region.
  • Manage assigned areas including mall kiosks, concept stores, and SIS new store development.

2. Store Sales & Inventory (PSI) Management

  • Achieve regional sales targets and store market share goals.
  • Monitor store inventory and follow up on stock replenishment.
  • Track store sales performance and ensure timely sales uploads in the company system (DCR).
  • Visit stores regularly to address issues and support sales growth.
  • Train store owners and sales staff on new products, policies, and promotions.
  • Prepare and manage store PSI data and reports.
  • Provide market and store performance feedback to the company.
  • 3. Merchandising Management
    • Maintain brand image through proper product placement and display.
