JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Business Development
- Support distributors in expanding store coverage and increasing sales in the assigned region.
- Manage assigned areas including mall kiosks, concept stores, and SIS new store development.
2. Store Sales & Inventory (PSI) Management
- Achieve regional sales targets and store market share goals.
- Monitor store inventory and follow up on stock replenishment.
- Track store sales performance and ensure timely sales uploads in the company system (DCR).
- Visit stores regularly to address issues and support sales growth.
- Train store owners and sales staff on new products, policies, and promotions.
- Prepare and manage store PSI data and reports.
- Provide market and store performance feedback to the company. 3. Merchandising Management
- Maintain brand image through proper product placement and display.
