Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and retail sales staff in the liquor store.

  • Assign duties, create work schedules, and monitor staff performance.

  • Train employees on store procedures, customer service practices, product knowledge, and point-of-sale operation.

  • Maintain inventory levels, perform stock checks, and coordinate restocking of shelves.
