Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Specialist at Roza in New Delhi. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing product knowledge, fashion consulting, communication, customer service, and sales support to clients. The role involves staying updated on the latest fashion trends, assisting customers in styling choices, and offering personalized fashion advice.

Qualifications

• Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales experience and ability to drive revenue
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in fashion retail or consulting is a plus
• Relevant certification or degree in Fashion Design or related field
