Retail State Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven Retail State Manager (Based in Perth) to oversee our store teams in Western Australia. Perfect opportunity if you are passionate about building your retail career and you’re ready to take the next step into State Management.

As a State Manager you are innately results driven and always strive to get the best results from your team on a daily basis. You have a background in people management and have a proven track record of developing your teams skills set. You will need to roll up your sleeves and be hands on across all aspects of our business.

• Multi-site management of locations across Western Australia.
• Drive a sales culture throughout our Concession teams and Concept stores.
• Work alongside the VM team in order to implement and maintain VM Guidelines
• Implement and maintain our high customer service standards across all sites
• Effectively manage stock across all stores in order to maximise sales opportunities
• People management, proactively developing store teams
• Oversee the recruitment and support talent attraction strategies.
• Communicate and implement business initiatives from Head Office across all locations
• Maintain strong relationships with your store teams and internal/external stakeholders

• Previous experience managing multiple sites with a fashion apparel retailer (concession pad experience would be advantageous)
• Experienced in Area Management and ready to progress to a State leadership role
• Demonstrated experience managing teams from the front and remotely
• Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• An eye for styling and detail to up hold our high Visual Merchandising standards
• Excellent organisational skills, problem solving mind-set with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• The ability to effectively prepare and analyse rosters costed to achieve target`s
• Highly motivated and self‑driven

To be considered for this Perth‑based position, you are required to hold a current Driver’s License and have a reliable vehicle for travel to stores.
