Store Manager – Jewellery Retail

Elevé is a premium lab-grown diamond jewellery brand, focused on contemporary design, transparency, and trust. Elevé is backed by Tibarumal Jewels, a 100-year-old jewellery house based in Hyderabad and one of the most respected and well-known jewellery brands in South India.

Today, Elevé operates 5 retail stores and is expanding rapidly. As we open our new store in RS Puram, Coimbatore, we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to take complete ownership of store operations and team leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

• End-to-end store management covering operations, sales performance, and customer experience
• Full responsibility for store safety, inventory management, audits, and compliance
• Hiring, training, and managing store staff; target setting and performance tracking
• Ensuring strict adherence to SOPs across billing, CRM, stock movement, and store upkeep
• Handling customer escalations and building long-term relationships with key clients
• Coordinating with Head Office on merchandising, reporting, and promotions

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in jewellery retail, with proven store management exposure
• Strong understanding of jewellery operations, inventory controls, and security protocols
• Hands-on leader with the ability to build and retain high-performing teams
• Process-driven, dependable, and customer-centric
• Compensation & Benefits₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience)
