Store Manager – Galway
We are currently partnering with a well-established retail brand to recruit an experienced Store Manager for a busy Galway location. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong retail leader who is passionate about people development, customer experience, and driving team performance.
You will lead a team of approximately 5 staff, creating a positive, high-performing store environment while delivering excellent standards across customer service and operations.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, with a strong focus on people management, succession planning, and customer engagement. This role would suit an experienced Store Manager or a confident Assistant Manager ready to step up.
