Summit Search Group is partnered with a legacy organization with rich Alberta roots who is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee all facets of the high-volume Grande Prairie store. The successful candidate is a hands‑on manager who excels in customer service, operational excellence and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day‑to‑day store operations with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and inventory accuracy in a high‑volume retail environment
