Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them with product recommendations
2. Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards
3. Handle billing, cash management & daily sales reporting
4. Manage stock levels, inventory checks & replenishment
5. Ensure proper product display, testers management & expiry checks
6. Handle customer queries, feedback & after-sales support
7. Ensure smooth store operations, opening & closing formalities
Required Skills & Qualifications :
1. Strong communication & customer handling skills
2. Basic knowledge of billing systems & MS Office
3. Good grooming, positive attitude & sales-oriented mindset
4. Ability to work in shifts, weekends & festive seasons
