Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1.Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them with product recommendations

2.Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards

3.Handle billing, cash management & daily sales reporting

4.Manage stock levels, inventory checks & replenishment

5.Ensure proper product display, testers management & expiry checks

6.Handle customer queries, feedback & after-sales support

7.Ensure smooth store operations, opening & closing formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1.Strong communication & customer handling skills

2.Basic knowledge of billing systems & MS Office

3.Good grooming, positive attitude & sales-oriented mindset

4.Ability to work in shifts, weekends & festive seasons
