Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profitability, and KPI targets.
- Implement strategies to drive footfall, conversion, and average transaction value.
- Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
2. Customer Experience
- Ensure superior customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Handle escalated customer queries or complaints effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
3. Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff in line with company policies.
- Schedule and manage staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional performance.
